Some of the personal data that we process are obtained directly from you, by logging in or filling in specific forms on our Platform, where applicable, or other means, including the information provided by you when sending us an email or a report about a problem you encounter with our Platform, for the following purposes, for example, but not limited to:

  • Information about your visit: including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Platform (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
  • Collecting your information through third-party subcontractors in the field of providing technical services, payment and delivery, advertising networks, analytical studies providers, research information providers, and other service providers.

According to the personal data policy issued by the National Data Management Office, the legal basis on which we rely for processing this data is:

  • Your explicit consent, and you can withdraw your consent at any time except for some exceptions explained above, and to do so you can contact the Data Management Office at SBF and you can reach out to us through the means of communication described in Item (IX) of this notice.

Personal data is stored on servers that are protected with the best technologies in accordance with the policies and controls of the National Cybersecurity Authority and international standards. Such data will then be disposed in a safe way through which it cannot be viewed or retrieved according to the policies of the National Information Center.
